The redevelopment of Harlem’s landmark Victoria Theatre will become the tallest building in the neighborhood with a 210-key Renaissance Marriot Hotel with 30,000 sq ft of retail space with a rooftop bar with spectacular views of Central Park and the Midtown Skyline.
