Opened in 2023, Renaissance New York Harlem Hotel brings contemporary luxury to the restored historic Victoria Theater on West 125th Street, steps from the legendary Apollo Theater. The landmark mixed-use destination—Harlem’s first full-service hotel in more than a century—features 211 stylish guest rooms and suites with sweeping views of Harlem, Central Park and the Manhattan skyline.

The property includes Victoria Restaurant & Bar, more than 5,000 square feet of flexible meeting and event space, the Hughes Grand Ballroom and Rooftop Observation Deck. Its design celebrates Harlem’s rich artistic, musical and cultural heritage while complementing the Apollo Theater’s enduring legacy as one of the world’s most influential entertainment landmarks.

Opened in 2011, Aloft by Marriott New York Brooklyn is a contemporary lifestyle hotel featuring 176 loft-inspired guest rooms in Downtown Brooklyn.
